Sell Victor Moses: This £13.5m-rated ace would be far better for Chelsea

The Chelsea fans are hoping that a few of their side’s first team players are replaced this summer.
Whilst more depth is needed in the form of a number of signings, several players need to come in to replace the current crop of individuals currently manning the starting eleven at Stamford Bridge.
A handful of players failed to impress last season, and so their long-term futures must be considered.

One such example was Victor Moses, who didn’t make as much of an impact last term as he did under Antonio Conte during the Italian’s first season at Stamford Bridge.
Replacing him, then, makes sense – and our landlord thinks that Southampton’s £13.5m-rated (via Transfer Markt) defender Cedric Soares would be the perfect replacement.
Unlike Moses, Soares has proven his worth in the Premier League over a number of years. He’s been a regular starter at St Mary’s under the managership of several bosses, and that’s with good reason.
He has always delivered consistently excellent performances in the English top flight, and he’s been a key part of what has been a stellar defense for the last few campaigns – whilst Moses has only come into the fold under Conte at Chelsea.

Comfortable both defensively and offensively, Cedric offers fantastic quality at both ends of the pitch in equal measure.
Going forward, he’s a brilliant crosser and dribbler, whilst he is also quick enough to track back fantastically and tackle aggressively when his side is defending.

The Portuguese, then, could be just what Chelsea need.
He’s been one of the best defenders in England over the last few years, and a step up to a club like the Blues should be a natural move for him.
Chelsea FC to miss out on summer signing due to managerial uncertainty – report
Chelsea FC has been informed by Robert Lewandowski and Jean Michael Seri that they won’t sign for the Blues until the managerial situation is resolved at Stamford Bridge, according to a report.
The Times, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the Poland international and Ivory Coast midfielder is reluctant to commit to the west London side given the uncertainty surrounding Antonio Conte’s future.
The same article states Chelsea FC face competition from Arsenal and Napoli to sign the African midfielder in the summer transfer window after another impressive campaign at Nice.
According to the same story, Lewandowski is thought to be concerned about the Chelsea FC managerial saga and the Poland international is hesitant about signing for the Blues.
The Times goes on to reveal that the Blues are still working hard to appoint Maurizio Sarri as Conte’s replacement even though the former Juventus boss remains in position at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea FC finished in the fifth spot in the Premier League table last term but the Blues won the FA Cup final thanks to the west London side’s 1-0 win against Manchester United at Wembley.
